Sometime I just lack of "DETERMINATION"
ate quite much today,
2 wholemeal bread + scramble egg + hot milo
rice + vege + tomato onion + seaweed soup
Rice Dumpling
2 Wholemeal Bread (margarine + blackcurrant jam) + hot milo
good appetite right...><
not in the mood...and need some foods to fill up my unhappiness and unwillingness....
must be more determined and keep harder tomorrow.
Today Exercise: 2000 Rope Skipping
300 ride on sky
ogawa shaping an hour
hula hoop half an hour
