Work Up Preparation

The first step to burn out FATS is to EXERCISE,

and it is essential to make yourself feel comfortable and fall in LOVE into it,

so that you wont give up easily and could gradually turn it as your custom.

So......

These are what i LOVE for my regular exercise,

and these make me able to work up at anytime anywhere without feeling boring.

1. JUMPING ROPE

Aiming: 3,000 times per day, separate into 1,000 per time: early in the morning, noon, and evening.


2. HULA HOOP


Aiming: Do it while watching TV in room or watching PPS in front computer. At LEAST AN HOUR per day. Sometime choose the SMALL one sometime pick the LARGER one, as I like.


3. OGAWA EZ SHAPE
This stuff is place on my living room, just simply stand on it then it will shake your body up.
Aiming: Do it while watching astro in my living room. It runs 10 minutes per time, so i will do at LEAST ONE HOUR per day.


LAST: VITAMIN C & VITAMIN B

In order to make your work out easier, it is essential to remain a healthy body cycle so that your body can function well and burn out its fats easier.

So, except these supplement, fruits, vegetables, and enough sleeping time is also very important.

And i decide to cut down my CARBOHYDRATE consumed, NO RICE for dinner.

and it is a MUST to PROHIBIT those high carolies, high sugar, high fats and unhealthy stuff.

say NO and BYEBYE to THEM.
