4th day diet

i'm just too tired today...

just reluctant to exercise...blek~~

and i should have get enough of sleep tonight...zzzzzzz

4th day diet

breakfast: two slices wholemeal bread (margarine + blackcurrant jam)

lunch: same as above

snack: seaweed (two pieces)

dinner: apple + vege + tofu + meat + few scoop of rice
